Summary

Lead the program management efforts for North America's campus recruitment and overall Halliburton involvement.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provides guidance and assistance regarding staffing HR issues.
  • Advises management regarding staffing; HR policy issues.
  • Involved in system administration to provide interface and recommendations to university programs.
  • Evaluate current campus recruitment offerings and outreach to determine gaps and an improvement plan.
  • Lead change management efforts to execute upon program recommendations.
  • Partner with Product Service Line (PSL) and Corporate executive leadership to effectively govern the university program's efforts.
  • Work closely with Marketing to ensure a consistent communication strategy to engage students and recent graduates for program offerings.
  • Liase with internal HR to identify Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) initiatives and create plans to achieve targets.
  • Participate in university and community funding decisions.

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in Human Resources.
  • 10 years of directly related experience.
  • Must possess a broad and in-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures and processes, plus a thorough understanding of current HR concepts, principles and legal requirements.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical or field operations exposure - either through direct position or recruitment efforts.
  • Campus recruitment experience. 
  • Previous leadership position(s).
  • Project management or program development; to include change management tactics.
