  • Responsible for day to day coordination of learning activities, including planning, sourcing training, developing programs, training scheduling, arranging logistics, preparing materials, etc.
  • Responsible for coordination of training registration, enrollment, various grant application, processing invoices, informing trainees and managers
  • Responsible for all training records related tasks
  • Support audits including regulatory and customer audits/visits
  • Update training procedures and documents and ensure proper management of change, communication, indoctrination
  • Provide user support for all training and development related systems
  • Prepare regular/ad-hoc curricula compliance, competency and skill gaps closure report and follow up on the required actions
  • Provide all administration related tasks
  • Conduct certain training as required by global talent development programs requirement
  • Coordinate for new employees, transferred employees, rehires onboarding process, such as New Employee Orientation, OJT, Qualification, and Competency
  • Conduct annual and ah-hoc training needs analysis partnering with business leaders to plan and execute training and development activities
  • Assist employees and managers on competency program, monitoring their competency assessment and competency development
  • Coordinate activities of instructors engaged in training employees or customers
  • Confer with managers, instructors, or customer’s representative to determine training needs
  • Evaluate training packages, including outline, text, and handouts written by instructors
  • Monitor budget to ensure that training costs do not exceed allocated funds and write budget report to justify expenditures



  • Degree in any field with at least 2 years related experience
  • Familiar with Singapore local training grants
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Analytical and good in preparing reports, analyzing trends and identifying actions
  • Very hands on and meticulous in administration tasks
  • Willing to learn and explore
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
