  • Under broad direction, coordinates and defines human resource development plans that are linked to the Company's business and global Human Resources Development (HRD) strategies.
  • Coordinates the delivery of HRD products and services that are fit for purpose, cost effective, timely and focused on improving business performance.
  • Implements the development of HRD processes and interventions that are linked to country and global business goals and strategies, and tied to demonstrated performance improvement.
  • Job role contributes directly to value creation via personal contributions.
  • Responsible for coordination of learning activities, including planning, sourcing training, developing programs, training scheduling, arranging logistics, preparing materials and etc.
  • Responsible for coordination of training registration, including enrollment, various grant application, processing invoices, informing trainees and managers.
  • Responsible for training records and other administration related tasks.
  • Support audits including regulatory and customer audits/visits.
  • Updating training procedures and documents, ensuring proper Management Of Change, communication, indoctrination.
  • Conducting annual and ah-hoc training needs analysis, partnering with business leaders to plan and execute training and development activities.
  • Provide user support for all training and development related systems.
  • Prepare regular/ad-hoc curricula compliance, competency and skill gaps closure report. Follow up on the required actions.
  • Conduct training as required by global talent development programs requirement.
  • Coordinate for new employees, transferred employees, rehires onboarding process, such as New Employee Orientation, OJT, Qualification, Competency.



  • Degree in Human Resource Development related field or other disciplines but with HRD working experience
  • Minimum 8 years of working experience, 3-5 years of experience in human resources development and training in MNC companies
  • Experience in other HR functions, Quality, Engineering or Operations will be an added advantage
  • Able to work proactively, independently, effectively and strategically
  • Coordinate effectively with other functions and have strong partnering skills to provide fit for purpose solutions
  • Good across cultural awareness/sensitivity and strong in interpersonal skills to facilitate effective working across diverse cultures and different levels of the organization
  • Experience in delivering training programs appropriate to the needs of employees and business
  • Have excellent presentation and influencing skills
  • Good at Microsoft Office: Word, Powerpoint, Excel
  • Analytical and good in preparing report, analyzing trends and identify actions
  • Willing to learn and explore
  • Preferred to be familiar with Singapore local training grants
  • Preferred to be ACTA certified
