A desire for variety in working conditions is essential, as this job occasionally involves outside work and may include routine travel. A bachelor's degree in production and operations management, industrial engineering or similar discipline and 5-7 years experience in Product Service Line field operations as a Technical Planner are required for this position. 10-12 years of related product service line (PSL) field operations experience, including experience in a Technical Planner role, may be substituted in lieu of undergraduate degree requirement. A working knowledge of applicable SAP modules, preferred.


Duties and responsibilities:

  • Support team in the health, safety and quality aspects;
  • Implement health and safety plan and emergency plan according the H&S policy and objectives;
  • Constantly keep team, contractors and customer aware of the risks with a strong presence on site;
  • Make sure in compliance of field staff with the stated requirements in the field of HSE;
  • Check and control the application of health and safety rules, perform inspections;
  • Be fully knowledgeable of the content of the approved Method Statements (MS), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Work Permits (WP) applicable during the on-going works;
  • Verify compliance of the works with the relevant MS, JSAs and WP;
  • Use internal quality tools – filling out the Halliburton Management System (HMS) forms;
  • Assistance to team for correcting non-compliance as needed for re-establishing safe conditions;
  • Hazard observations i.e. unsafe acts/behaviors or unsafe conditions, must fill a HOC on a regular basis and apply Stop Work Authority (SWA) wherever is necessary. Should report to the customer using the HOC, after making the necessary intervention;
  • Suspend works in case of unsafe acts or conditions for further correction;
  • Organization and participation incident investigation and reporting. Consideration of penalties, conduct the investigation, collection the evidence;
  • Verify certification and the safety condition of the equipment, vehicles, power tools, rigging equipment etc.;
  • Conduct internal QHSE inspections, development and monitoring of implementation of corrective actions, the elimination of non-compliance, training of staff to undergo internal and external audits PSL;
  • Control the closure of trainings;
  • Development of the necessary local documents for PSL (job description, standards, templates, and forms);
  • Maintain regular reporting on personnel, quality of work, labour protection;
  • To participate in the programs of the customer;
  • Organizing and conducting toolbox talks on a regular basis - daily, weekly, monthly;
  • Participation in meetings with customer and other contractors;
  • Participate to Trainings as attendee or Trainer as needed;
  • Spend daily basis a minimum of 75% of the time physically on-Site for the performance of the above items. The remaining 25% being dedicated to HSE Reporting, administration, transportation and so on.



  • 5 and more years of similar experience (QHSE);
  • English knowledge is obligatory – intermediate and higher level;
  • Higher or Secondary special education in the field of QHSE, Additional education, Refresher courses;
  • Additional focus on the environment in education and experience;
  • The presence of the required certificates to work;
  • Valid medical check – highly desirable.


Working conditions:

  • Full time work on the field, with workers and facilities, the least time in the office;
  • Working in shifts 28х28 (12h including lunch break, the execution of the work at day or at night), Sabetta habitation;
